Galerie du Passage

とある週末、モノトーンのタイルが美しい「Galerie du Passage」へ。華やかなパッサージュも美しいけれど、静かに佇むこのパッサージュも素敵な雰囲気。

天井とか蜘蛛の巣はる寸前・・？な古びた様子なのですが、歩くだけで幸せな気持ちになれます。

I just took a walk at "Galerie du Passage". This passage is silent, not so fabulous one like Galerie Vivienne..but this silence and the monotone floor would take you to 19th century.

パッサージュのガラス天井は、インドやトルコの屋台からヒントを得たと聞きました。じーっと眺めると天使が舞い降りてくるんじゃないかしら、と思うのです。

I heard that glassed roofs of passages were made with the hint of markets of Ind or Turkey. When I stare at these beautiful glasses, I feel like that angels are flying toward me!
